Activity description :

The aim of the PAC (Progression Accompagnée en Chute) training course is to teach you everything you need to be autonomous in freefall in a minimum of 6 jumps. 5 days of training during which you'll perfect your knowledge and technique with a view to jumping alone from the plane.

At the end of the course, you'll receive your license and be able to jump from any base in France.

Course schedule

  • Day 1: welcome, theoretical training to understand free-fall techniques, canopy flight and parachute operation. At the end of the day, you'll be ready to put your knowledge into practice and take the plunge!
  • The following days will be devoted entirely to jumping. You'll make a total of 6 accompanied jumps and the 7th solo, which will allow you to validate your training, provided all the training objectives have been met (safety and technique).

Course of a jump

  • Suit up, helmet, goggles, altimeter and parachute adapted to your weight.
  • Ready for boarding, you board the plane. You'll enjoy a 15-20 minute flight to gain the altitude required for the jump, during which you can enjoy the scenery.
  • At an altitude of 4,000 meters, the doors will open and you'll jump accompanied by 2 monitors who will help you stabilize your position and make sure your jump goes as smoothly as possible. You'll be in freefall for a minute at around 200 km/h!
  • At an altitude of 1,500 meters, you'll trigger the opening of your parachute. You'll then be able to enjoy several minutes of serene descent under canopy, guided by radio by an instructor on the ground as you make your way back to terra firma.
  • Landing and debriefing. You'll be filmed as you progress by an instructor, who will analyze the various phases involved in a parachute jump. Ideal for rapid progress.

A course adapted to each individual's progress, so you can learn in the best possible conditions. Thrills and spills guaranteed!
