Organic macaroons workshop in Paris 17th district

Activity description :

Kanika and Vouthy welcome you to their tea room in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. The workshop is suitable for everyone, whatever your level of pastry skills. You'll learn how to make your own macaroons, which you can take home at the end of the workshop.

Course outline (2h):

• During the 2-hour pastry workshop, participants make their own macaroons following the instructions and advice of the pastry chef. The ingredients used are organic (sugar), PDO (butter) and Label Rouge (eggs).
• Macaroon shells and ganache.
• Each participant makes around 15 macaroons, which they can decorate and personalize to their own taste.
• While the macaroons are baking, participants enjoy a snack offered by the workshop in the pleasant setting of the tea room.
• Finally, a suitcase box is provided for transporting the pastries.
