Oenology workshop at exceptional cafés in Paris 6th arrondisseme

Hello this course was a gift from my family and really it was an excellent idea ! Thanks to Yadh who is a great enthusiast and above all a great professional in the field of coffee, I was able to deepen my passion for this product. He was able to explain a lot of the technical terms and make us understand the specifics of the trade. It was really a very, very good time, in very good company and in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere! A wonderful encounter and thanks again to Yadh for this enriching experience. I highly recommend him and hope to continue these introductory courses :) A little extra for English soccer fans: his barista is for Arsenal!

Yadh's coffee-tasting workshop was a superb experience! He's a master at sharing his pleasure and knowledge of coffee. He introduced me to the aromas, the importance of terroirs, the way it's harvested and roasted, the way it's prepared. But more than that, he taught us to taste coffee the way we taste wine! And how to tell the difference between the sensory and the gustatory, between long-lasting acidity on the palate, or progressive acidity after rounder, fruitier notes! I discovered a much richer world than I'd imagined, and had an unforgettable time. I left with three packs of quality coffee (included in the price of the workshop), which I've come to appreciate with more awareness than ever before.
