A wonderful discovery of wild plants, followed by a cooking workshop. Aude's good humor and pedagogy made this day a superb experience. A must for anyone wishing to learn more about and use the plants that surround us.

We had a wonderful experience! The day was very rich, with the morning picking part being very instructive. As well as identifying wild garlic, Aude gave us lots of advice on other edible plants and flower buds, which at first glance we would have classified as weeds... The 2nd part of the day was just as interesting: we were able to cook all our finds in a very plant-based kitchen, which we're not necessarily used to, but it was a wonderful discovery! Throughout the day, Aude was a great teacher, and you could feel her passion for nature in her words. Thank you again for this day!
