Nature walk & discovery of wild plants in Grandfontaine

Activity description :

Join Aude on an immersive botanical walk to discover the different species of plants that grow in nature. You'll learn to identify wild plants using a sensory approach based on observation, touch and smell.

Course of the activity (2h30):

• Discover and identify wild plants in their natural environment. Sensory approach and transmission of botanical knowledge.
• Most of these plants have interesting properties, many are edible and can enhance your plate, or even make a real meal, while others can help your body feel better. Aude will teach you how to identify them, while pointing out the main possible confusions.
• Optional: tasting of a wild plant syrup.

About Aude: "Aude à la Nature" is for people who want to develop their daily autonomy, in particular by learning about wild plants, and tasting their delicate flavors. Passionate about nature, Aude decided to share its abundance with a wide audience. She has developed her own range of wild plant products and works with schools, businesses and private individuals.
