Activity description :

Feel like doing something with your 10 fingers? Then come and try your hand at mosaic during a one-day workshop. Nadia opens the doors of her workshop to let you discover her artistic world!

Course of the activity :

Welcome and tour of the workshop.
Presentation of the history of mosaics: the different periods and styles.
Presentation of the materials and tools you'll be working with: Venetian smalti. You'll have to choose your color range from the panel presented, according to your mood.
Then it's time to get hands-on: learn how to cut, arrange and nest the pieces.
You'll leave with your very own 35x35cm custom mirror, or your very own unique made-to-measure piece.
