Perfect, the course lasted 2h30, the place is great (as is its location), our hosts were very educational, helpful and always there to answer our questions. The theoretical part was very playful and fun, and the practical part very interesting. We learned a lot about the history of the Caféothèque, and a few little anecdotes about coffee in general.
