Activity description :

Are you a coffee lover? Do you love coffee and want to learn about the world of specialty coffee? This workshop is for you! Come and learn how to select a good coffee, then roast it to bring out all its aromas. You'll be guided by a professional roaster in Paris.

Course of the workshop (3h):

• Introduction to the history of coffee, and notions of coffee growing
• Differences between artisanal and industrial roasting
• Introduction to roasting techniques and tools
• Learn and understand the different phases of roasting
• Cooling, degassing and packaging of roasted coffee

A must for coffee lovers! You'll have the opportunity to learn more about the processes that transform these tiny beans into the beverage we love so much!
