Activity description :
Discover a unique workshop where you can create your own natural longe/leash. Hemp, a natural material widely used in saddlery, will enable you to make tailor-made, highly resistant lanyards for your horses and leashes for your dogs.
Course of the activity :
- First, you'll meet Sarah, a saddler and harness-maker. She'll tell you all about her passion for horses and saddlery.
- Once the introductions have been made, you'll be able to start designing your own lanyard, discovering all the tools to be used.
- Accompanied by Sarah throughout the process, you'll learn techniques that will enable you to do quality work.
You'll leave this workshop with your own original, easy-to-make gift. Sarah will accompany you throughout the creative process.
