First steps in leather goods workshop in Kayserberg (68)

Activity description :

Come and learn leatherwork with Sarah, who opens the doors of her workshop for this 3-hour workshop. During this workshop, you'll learn how to make your own custom leather belt.

Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Choosing the leather, accessories and buckles needed to make a belt.
• Learn to use all the tools needed to make your own custom belt: strap cutter, punch, template...
• Cutting, sizing, measuring and working with leather.
• At the end of the workshop, everyone will have a chance to present their creation, followed by a time of discussion over a drink: coffee, tea or homemade lemonade.

This workshop is perfect if you're looking for an introduction to leatherworking! Sarah will be on hand to share her expertise as a saddler and leatherworker.
