Maxime, a passionate ceramist, welcomes you to Saint-Georges-d'Oléron for an introduction to the potter's wheel. Take the time to switch off for a few hours and immerse your hands in the clay! You'll be introduced to the potter's ancestral gestures to create your own pair of bowls!

Workshop schedule (2 hours) :

Introduction to the history of ceramics
Demonstration of throwing techniques
Creation of your bowl duo on the potter's wheel
You will be guided throughout the workshop.
Maxime will take care of drying, firing and glazing your pieces, which you'll get back a few weeks later.
