Children's ceramic workshop near La Rochelle (17)

Activity description :

Give your child a creative and sensory experience with an introductory ceramics workshop. In a bright and welcoming space, surrounded by a wooded garden, young artists can explore the art of pottery while having fun. A friendly atmosphere, soft music and a hot drink to make you feel at home.

Workshop schedule (1h30):

• Children begin by discovering the basics of modelling and learning to handle clay.
• They can create two espresso cups or a large hot-drink mug. Inspiration will be provided, or they can come up with their own ideas.
• All materials are provided, and the workshop takes place in a friendly atmosphere, promoting good humor and creativity.
• Once the workshop is over, the creations are left to dry, fire and glaze, a process that lasts around 4 to 5 weeks.

A few weeks after the workshop, the children will receive back their finished creations, with their vibrant colors, ready for use in their everyday lives. An enriching experience that will leave a lasting impression, both in their hands and in their minds!
