Introduction to chocology workshop in Paris 17th arrondissement

Activity description :

If you're a chocolate lover and want to develop your knowledge and understand the secrets of the chocolatiers, turn your palate into a chocolate specialist and learn how to perceive and identify cocoa specialities. The workshop introduces you to the different flavors of chocolate and allows you to taste very different types.

Tasting schedule (2h):

• You'll receive a tasting kit containing: beans, 2 chocolate bars, a ganache box, an all-fruit cocoa box, a sensory passport, an all-fruit color chart and a tasting quiz.
• You'll learn how to stimulate your palate, detect chocolate aromas and learn a sensory vocabulary similar to that used by oenologists.
• The manufacture and history of chocolate will also hold no secrets for you! You'll be able to recognize a good chocolate and appreciate it for what it is.
