• English boxing: a combat sport that pits two opponents with the same physical characteristics against each other, fighting with their fists.
• Thai boxing: a martial art that involves the whole body, since in addition to feet and fists, elbows and knees can be used to hit the opponent.
• MMA: mixed martial art that allows for all close-combat techniques .
• Kick-boxing: primarily a foot-fist combat sport.
• Cardio Boxing: practice that works the cardio-vascular system, combining movement and boxing movements.

Learn or perfect the basic moves from expert coaches! Located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, the coaches welcome you to their premises specially dedicated to combat sports. Enjoy a fun and sporting experience by taking part in this class on your own, with friends or during an EVG/EVJF!
