Activity description :

Introduce yourself to wine tasting methods at an unusual workshop in the center of Bordeaux. A fun, convivial experience, somewhere between an oenology course and an aperitif with friends, open to all, whatever your knowledge.

Course of the activity (1h):

• Introduction to the notions of terroir, grape variety, appellation and blend.
• Discovery of the different types of Bordeaux wine and their history.
• Tasting with a glass of white wine and two red Bordeaux wines, including one Grand Cru.
• The wines will be paired with a selection of fine cheeses and charcuterie from local producers.
