Activity description :

Welcome to Arnaud's workshop, where he'll teach you how to safely make your own fixed knife. Learn the rules of blacksmithing and experience a day of immersion in their world.

Workshop schedule (7h) :

• Introduction to the workshop and safety rules.
• The morning is devoted to blade forging and heat treatment. Arnaud will teach you how to harden your blade by immersing it in a hot quenching bath.
• Lunch break and an hour's free time.
• The afternoon will be devoted to finishing the blade on the backstand, making the handle and sharpening. You'll be able to choose the wood and shape the handle to suit your morphology and style.
• You'll leave with your creation ready to use.
