The workshop leaders were very friendly and created a good atmosphere. The recipes were interesting, easy to make again at home and quite good. The explanation of the different cooking methods and the use of accessories was clear. One negative point had nothing to do with the workshop itself, but rather with the store where we were staying. It was November 30, and very cold and damp. We were outside, with no heating and barely any shelter. There was no electricity or water available. A lack of seriousness and respect for the people in charge of the workshop.
