Welcome to the boutique of Julia & Florent, two lovers of flavors, who welcome you with pleasure, and share their passion for good things. For this workshop, come and discover and test different coffees, and travel the world tasting several origins.
Course of the activity (2h30):
- As soon as you arrive, immerse yourself in the fascinating roasting process and discover how each bean is carefully transformed to reveal its aroma.
- Then let yourself be carried away on a sensory journey during a cupping session. Under Florent's watchful eye, you'll learn to discern the nuances between washed and plain coffee, Arabica and Robusta.
- You'll leave the workshop with a 250g bag of your favorite coffee.
