Activity description :
Welcome to the boutique of Julia & Florent, two flavor lovers who are happy to welcome you and share their passion for good things. For this workshop, come and learn the basics of coffee, from selection to cup. Green coffee, roasting and tasting will no longer hold any secrets for you.
Course of the activity (2h30) :
- Presentation of the roasting machine, and explanations of each stage in the process.
- The highlight of the workshop is live roasting, where you'll witness the metamorphosis of green coffee beans into precious roasted nuggets.
- Then, let your taste buds explore a world of flavors as you taste coffee using the cupping method.
- During this workshop, you'll also have the opportunity to learn more about green coffee cultivation and gentle preparation methods.
- You'll leave with 250 g of freshly roasted specialty coffee, a delicious reward for prolonging the experience at home! You'll also receive a 10% discount on all boutique products on the day of the workshop.
