Activity description :
Morgane invites you to discover the art of shaping clay by creating a ceramic flowerpot in her workshop in Sevran, Seine-Saint-Denis. She'll guide you through each step, so you can create an object to your own image.
Workshop schedule (3h) :
- Welcome and explanation of the workshop.
- Each participant will find a notebook and pencils on his or her work surface to sketch a shape or an idea. They can then add color by referring to the palette of available colors.
- Once the shape and color have been validated, you'll move on to shaping the pot.
- Finally, color and decorate.
- You'll get your piece back a few weeks after it has dried and been fired. Morgane will take care of glazing and 2nd firing.
