Raphaëlle and Eva are happy to welcome you for a ceramic engraving workshop!

Course of the workshop (3h):

• Sgraffito is a technique for decorating ceramics that involves coating the clay with colored slip and then delicately engraving the motif into the material.
• You'll learn the basics of this decorative technique by engraving your own small clay plates.
• After a presentation of the tools, a demonstration of plate and mold modeling and the engraving technique, you'll engrave your motif from your drawings.
• Following the course, various steps will be taken to finalize the pieces. They will be dried, fired and glazed.

Over the course of 3 hours, you'll learn new skills and finally leave with your very own personalized piece!
