A very enjoyable and informative workshop. Pleasant, because we shared the workshop with other people we didn't know, giving us the opportunity to compare our impressions of the beers on offer. Instructive, because Olivier was very nice and clear in his explanations. So we learned a lot. The only downside was that the beers were served in 25cl glasses, i.e. 1l in 2 hours, which for me would have been too much if I'd drunk it all!
