Duration: 3 days/2 nights - Ages 16 and over - No special physical requirements

Your guide: you'll be accompanied by Jérôme, a former non-commissioned officer in the French Navy's Special Forces. He has spent many years in a multitude of terrains and hostile environments.

The proposed course:

• Xtrêm course (3 days/2 nights): the aim is to enrich your knowledge, deepen your techniques and get as close as possible to reality in the field. Less comfort, less food, more know-how. From age 16.
