Activity description :

Have your child take part in a pom-pom key ring workshop at the Ferme Ouverte in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, Yvelines.

How the Laine workshop works :

  • During the workshop, children will make a key ring with a wool pompon.
  • The workshop leaders will explain the wool's journey from sheep to pom-pom!

The wool workshop gives access to the entire Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, including a visit to the animals. Children will be able to admire the goats, sheep, cows, pigs, hair, donkeys, pigs and chickens of the Ferme Ouverte. At least one accompanying adult is required for the visit to the farm and the activity. For children aged 5 to 12.

Know before you go

With Atelier Laine, for children aged 5 to 12, you can also visit La Ferme de Gally and the educational trails in the woods.

Come and discover our sheep, dwarf alpine goats known for their tenderness, our 850-kilo horse Andalouse and Vanille et Chocolat, our ponies who accompany Andalouse in the summer in the meadows. Rabbits, donkeys and pigs are also part of our educational farm program.

At least one accompanying adult must be present for the farm visit and activity.
