Activity description :

This oenological initiation takes place over 3 hours, with 4 options to choose from (to be specified when reserving the date with the gift voucher). This tasting course is an opportunity to taste wines selected by our experts, as well as to ask any questions you may have about wine and its world.

Course outline (3h) :

• Tasting of wines selected by us from all regions of France, according to the day's formula:
  • Initiation to wine tasting": learn the main concepts of wine, with a blind tasting of 5 wines through a fun sensory course, and discover the notion of aromas with the wine aromas game (Le Nez du Vin© by Jean Lenoir). This package includes a snack and a free bottle of wine to take home.
  • "Discovering grape varieties": blind tasting of 6 wines from pure grape varieties, with a particular focus on the notion of grape variety. You can also discover the notion of aromas with the wine aromas game (Le Nez du Vin© by Jean Lenoir). This course includes a snack.
  • "Wines and Cheeses": this package introduces you to the major concepts of wine and cheese pairing, with a tasting of 6 wines, each paired with a different cheese for classic pairings... or more unexpected ones!
  • "Wines and Chocolates": this formula invites you to taste a variety of delicious combinations between wines and chocolates, and to learn about these subtle pairings through a tasting of 6 wines paired with chocolates specially selected by a master chocolatier.
