Course of the activity :

Presentation of the Chai à Barriques with wine tour
Tasting of charcuterie & 3 cheeses paired with 3 wines led by our team
Presentation of each pairing with explanation of grape varieties, terroirs & appellation
Introduction to the art of wine tasting
Barrel tasting of our cuvée "L'EMPREINTE DES CHARTRONS", a cuvée matured in our Chai located in the Chartrons, the historic district of the wine trade.
