- The basic rules of food and wine pairing
- Complicated pairings and pitfalls to avoid
- Original pairings
- Wine and meat pairings
- Wine and fish pairings
- Wine and cheese pairings
- Wine and dessert
- Tasting and analysis of 5 wines and 3 dishes (fois gras, cheese, chocolate cake)
- Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.
Led by a qualified sommelier or oenologist, this experience will enable you to master the subtleties of food and wine pairing, and to share them with your friends at your next meal.
