Activity description :

A veritable journey through time, vertical tasting allows you to compare the same wine over several years of production. Initially designed for winemakers to assess the quality of vintages or the effect of aging, this experience also allows you to appreciate the evolution of aromas, color and tannins.

How it works :

• Select a cuvée from our three Vacqueyras AOPs and rediscover it through a tasting of different vintages, from the most recent to the oldest.
• We'll open rare bottles for you, currently unavailable for sale, reflecting the climate, winemaking methods and know-how of years gone by.
• The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of cheeses and charcuterie.

You'll be able to choose between 3 AOP Vacqueyras cuvées:

Reflets de l'âme: An elegant purple-red color. A complex, intense fragrance of fresh berries, mainly redcurrants and other ripe fruits. Some animal notes and a hint of cocoa. Well-crafted, with good structure, fullness and length on the finish. To accompany tagine or other exotic dishes. Also good with meat dishes in sauce.

Castillon : Dark red with carmine highlights. Complex nose with notes of roasting, black fruits and garrigue. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate. A well-balanced wine aged in oak barrels. Serve with game stew, grilled wild boar, or other grilled red meats. Why not simply enjoy it with a cigar in front of the fireplace?

Pince Lapin : Garnet-red color. Nose of strawberry jam, violet syrup and licorice. Intensely balsamic and charming on the palate, with a suave finish.
