Activity description :

A real lock between Catalonia and France, come and discover the Fortress of Salses. Built at the end of the 15th century by the great Spanish architect Ramiro Lopez, this edifice stands stiuated between the Salses étanges and the Corbières.

Pleasant welcome, friendly guide, knows the subject well, listen carefully to understand the history of the fortress, it's impressive, a very good history lesson. Easy access, only downside: no parking close to the site. I highly recommend this site.

Very interesting visit to a fortress in very good condition and very complete. Ideal for children. It's possible to stay for 2 hours, as there's a lot to see: films, cartoon panels, tools...
