Tandem skydiving involves jumping harnessed to a professional instructor who will take care of opening the parachute, steering the canopy and landing.

Vichy: ideal for skydiving in the Allier region

This jumping zone, located 40 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, is certainly the most beautiful for a parachute jump in the Auvergne.

You'll be jumping from the Vichy Charmeil airfield, with a breathtaking view of the Allier, the Chaîne des Puys and the Bourbonnaise mountains.

The skydiving school is staffed by experienced professionals affiliated with the Fédération Française de Parachutisme. Jérôme & Jonathan have more than 11850 jumps between them, and will share their passion for skydiving with you.

Course of the skydive

Allow half a day for your activity.

• 30-minute briefing on the correct gestures and safety rules to follow.
• Equipped with your harness and goggles, you board the plane and take off for a 20-minute flight.
• Then it's time for the big jump! You'll enjoy 40 seconds of free fall at a speed of 200km/h. Thrills guaranteed!
• At around 1500 meters, your instructor will trigger the opening of the parachute. You'll have 5 to 6 minutes in the air to admire the surrounding landscape before landing.
• Once on the airfield tarmac, you can also watch your exploits on video and photo (optional).

Possible options: you leave with the video rushes (75€) and/or photos (50€) on a USB key. You'll receive a video montage within 1 to 2 weeks. To be paid directly on site.
