Colmar: the spot for a skydiving experience in Alsace

Your jump will take place from the Colmar Houssen airfield, one of Alsace's top skydiving spots. You'll have the chance to see the Vosges mountains and the Alsace plain from the air. Fun guaranteed!

Jump procedure

  • Welcome by the on-site team, followed by a briefing on the flight procedure and safety rules. You'll then be fitted out and board the plane.
  • Then it's off for takeoff. In the plane, you'll climb for about 15 minutes to an altitude of 4,000 meters. You'll be able to feel the stress gently building up.
  • Then it's time for the big jump, a unique experience! The airplane doors open and you jump in tandem with your instructor. Off you go for 50 seconds of freefall at around 200km/h.
  • The instructor opens the parachute at an altitude of around 1500m. You'll come to your senses and enjoy a 4-8 minute descent. You can admire Colmar from the air. If you pay close attention, you'll be able to identify the Cathedral and admire the architectural heritage of this city in eastern France. If you feel comfortable, you can take control of the tandem during the gliding phase.
  • For the landing, listen carefully to your instructor's instructions to ensure a smooth landing!

A photo-video option to immortalize your memories can be purchased on site.
