Duration: 8 hours - From age 10 - No special physical requirements

Your guide: you will be introduced to survival by Alexandre or a member of his team. He will give you the best possible advice and techniques.

You will learn :

• Making a fire: explanation and demonstration of the different ways to make a fire, finding wood, applying the techniques you've learned.
• Explanation and practice of how to find water.
• Briefing on edible and medicinal plants.
• Orientation with compass and GPS, map-reading demonstration.
• Learn the general rules and methods of survival.

On this day, you'll discover another side of yourself, and who knows, you might even want to extend the day by taking part in a longer, more in-depth course.
