Xavier and Solène welcome you to their urban farm in the heart of the Lille Metropolis, where you can discover the world of spirulina, a microalga that's over 3.5 billion years old! Between flower picking, fresh air and two large spirulina greenhouses, get ready for an enriching and immersive experience!

- Introduction to the history, cultivation and benefits of spirulina
- Microscopic observation to better understand its structure
- Harvesting spirulina in small, low-tech tanks,
- Tasting of spirulina fresh from the pond
- You'll leave with an ice-cold bar of fresh spirulina .
