Course of the workshop (2h30) :
- Discover the history of coffee, from its origins to the present day.
- Exploration of terroirs, botanical varieties and fermentation methods
- Tour of the workshop and introduction to the art of roasting
- Introduction to cupping and comparative sensory analysis
- Comparative sensory analysis to understand the differences between coffees: origins, fermentation processes, roasts, etc.
- Introduction to the aroma wheel
- A first step into the mysterious world of coffee extraction: espresso and gentle methods
Leave with a new perception of coffee, maximum caffeine content and a 250gr pack of Celsius coffee ( filter or espresso)!
