Being on vacation in Annecy, we decided to go to the spa, and frankly, it was almost perfect. The welcome was warm, the spa and saunas really pleasant. If you're looking to relax, go for it! A word of advice: try to go at off-peak times, as it will be less crowded. We were lucky in that the spa was empty that day, so we were able to take full advantage of the facilities.
