Several formulas are available:

Solo:

• You'll be comfortably seated in a heated infrared sauna blanket, ranging from 40 to 75°c. Then relax in a sound wrap with Tibetan bowls. For a duration of 30 min.

Duo :

• The procedure is the same as if you were solo, but you enjoy this experience with the person of your choice to relax together. Duration: 35 min.

Choose the cranial massage option, with 20 minutes of cranial massage during the sound sauna session and 10 minutes of sound immersion.
