Activity description :

Give yourself a day to awaken your senses by combining a soap-making workshop using essential oils and yoga with a sound bath.

Workshop schedule (4h) :

• 2pm-4pm: creation of 2 handmade soaps, each weighing 100g. Choice and dosage of ingredients: oils, powders, flowers, all natural and vegan. Cold saponification process.
• Sweet snack for a moment of exchange between participants.
• 4.30pm-6pm: vinyasa yoga session. Start with a Pranayama practice to familiarize yourself with breathing techniques. Then plunge into a Vinyasa flow centered on asana adjustments, followed by relaxation accompanied by a sound bath.

A gentle afternoon of conviviality and sharing.
