Activity description :
Joanne, jeweler in Bordeaux, invites you to create a unique silver pendant. During this workshop, you'll learn cutting and shaping techniques, and leave with your own handmade jewel!
Course of the activity (3h) :
- Preparing the bocfil for cutting
- Learn the basics of cutting a brass plate with straight saws, curves and angles.
- Making the 925 silver pendant from a cut metal plate
- Break angles and emery the jewel to refine its surface
- Finishing the jewel by brushing or polishing
- Drilling the pendant and adding the hanging ring
This workshop will introduce you to the creative, playful and inspiring world of jewelry!
