Course of the activity (1h) :

• Welcome, presentation of the activity and briefing.
• Choice of emotion cards for the day of the activity.
• The center's team will take the time to discuss with you your current emotional state, so as to guide you as best as possible during the treatment.
• After or before this sensory experience, you can combine it with cryotherapy.
• Shower and debrief on your experience.
