• Infrared sauna (35min): purifies and detoxifies the body, relaxes the whole body and reduces joint pain. Ideal for people who can't stand the heat (temperature 45°C and 65°C).
• Salt grotto (45min): a ton of salt crystals is spread around the room, so that simply by breathing, the salt helps to cleanse the respiratory tract and restore balance to your body. Eliminates stress and fatigue, gives you a boost.
• Schumann Resonance and Vortex (15min) in the salt grotto (45mn ): stand or sit on the vibrating wooden platform, generating a vortex that spreads throughout your body. All your physical and nervous contractions relax, as do your muscles. Compressed nerves attached to the spinal column are released. The brain goes into alpha wave, allowing it to relax.
