During the descent, the whole family will have fun learning the different techniques of swimming in the river, sliding downstream, and recovering team members who have fallen into the water.
Your guide: you'll be accompanied by a member of the base team. Everything is done to ensure that children (and parents) feel safe and have a good time.
When you arrive at the meeting point, your guide will give you your full equipment and tell you what safety instructions you need to follow. You'll then be ready for a 1h15 to 1h30 descent down the Isère, depending on the package you choose (please note the minimum age for each package).
