Puppy Yoga: Yoga with puppies in Paris 14th arrondissement

Join us for a Puppy Yoga class with Puppy Love Yoga in Paris! In a wonderful location, our classes are held in small groups, with a maximum of 16 people. Open to all ages and abilities, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. These classes are perfect for the whole family, children, friends and couples! No fuss, just fun and cuddles with our adorable puppies!

How it works :

• The session begins with 30 minutes of yoga in the company of our wonderful teachers, accessible to all and suitable for practitioners of all levels.
• After the effort, the comfort! 20 minutes of cuddles with our cute puppies to fill you up with love.
• The last 10 minutes of the session are devoted to breathing and relaxation exercises with the puppies.
• Vinyasa yoga classes are accompanied by puppy-friendly world music that soothes the body and takes the mind on a journey. Wellness, mindfulness and much more!

You'll find a variety of surprise puppy breeds, which may include huskies, golden retrievers, dachshunds, pomskies and many more! Between smiles and laughter, join us now and share this moment of magical connection with our cute puppies and the people you love in a caring space!
