Puppy Yoga: Yoga with puppies in East Paris

Are you an animal lover and yoga enthusiast? We've got THE activity for you! Come and discover the Puppy Yoga Club. Whatever your level, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are open to all!

Good to know! Our partner breeders, carefully selected by our team around Paris, ensure the animals' well-being. Each Puppy Yoga session usually welcomes between 6 and 10 adorable puppies aged around 8 weeks. The practice is a time of socialization for the puppies and relaxation for the participants. Join us for sessions east of Paris!

Course of the activity (1h) :

• The session begins with 30 minutes of yoga in the company of our wonderful teachers. The class is accessible to all, and suitable for all levels of practitioner.
• After the effort, the comfort! 20 minutes of cuddles with our cute puppies to fill you up with love.
• The last 10 minutes of the session are devoted to breathing and relaxation exercises with the puppies.
