Parent/child dance & yoga workshop 3-6 years in Paris 11th arron

Activity description :

Experience a special moment of sharing with your child during this dance-yoga workshop in Paris' 11th arrondissement. 1 hour in a duo with your child in a small group to encourage well-being and free expression in each duo. A practice outside the confines of the yoga mat, to rediscover the fluidity and spontaneity of the body in movement.

Course of workshop (1h):

• Through dance movements, yoga games, postures in pairs or groups, acrobalance, around a story, to music, parents and children discover a new way of being and "yoga-dancing" together.
• Young and old can join in, have fun, support each other, transform and express themselves, taking over their own bodies and space.

This workshop will allow you to escape for an hour and enjoy a great moment of complicity with your child!
