If you love Japanese cuisine, this course is for you! Learn how to make delicious makis and california rolls with original flavors.

The team welcomes you to its workshop in old Tours for a friendly learning session.

With the chef's advice, you'll create a variety of takeaway maki and california roll recipes, using original ingredients: salmon, cream cheese, fresh herbs, avocado, prawns, mango...the possibilities are endless!
You'll learn to master a number of culinary techniques: how to cut a maki roll neatly, how to roll a california roll with the nori leaf inside...
At the end of the workshop, you'll take your makis home to enjoy.
