Nathalie and her team invite you to enjoy a local culinary tour prepared on board by our catering team. Along the way, you'll discover the city and its buildings, from Bordeaux's emblematic bridges to the port area, a voyage of discovery guaranteed!

The route - Bordeaux and its wonders

Duration = 2 hours

Enjoy a two-hour guided cruise, so that Bordeaux no longer holds any secrets for you. You'll discover the Unesco facades, the Pierre Bridge, the Chaban Delmas Bridge, the Cité du Vin and the Pont d'Aquitaine. All accompanied by a lunch on board made from fresh produce.

Garonne formula:

• Starter: Perfect egg, velvety pumpkin and chestnut slivers, brown juice
• Main course: Blanquette of squid, squid ink rice, seasonal vegetable chips
  or Guinea fowl supreme, Sauterne mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, pan-fried mushrooms and pak choi
• Dessert: Entremet chocolat-passion or Ardoise gourmande

Vegetarian formula :

• Starter: Perfect egg, pumpkin velouté and chestnut slivers
• Main course: Risotto of orzo with mushrooms and roasted hazelnuts
• Dessert: Entremet chocolat-passion

Estuaire menu :

• Starter: Trilogy of foie gras: poached in Médoc wine, pan-fried, marbled with smoked haddock
• Main course: Bourguignon of scallops or Veal chop, cream of morel mushrooms - Seasonal accompaniments.
• Dessert: Pressé de pommes confites façon tatin, streusel de sarrasin, caramel beurre salé et glace vanille or Entremet chocolat-passion or Ardoise gourmande

Children's menu:

• Starter: Savory tart.
• Main course: Breaded chicken and home fries.
• Iced dessert.
• The cruise is free for children under 5.
