Come and learn massage techniques from a professional during a 2h30 workshop! You'll discover the right gestures and postures to adopt, as well as a range of tools for a massage rich in maneuvers and pressures.

Several workshops are available:

• Workshop Back 1: a gentle, subtle sequence of movements for total relaxation.

• Atelier Dos 2: enveloping or deeper manoeuvres to relieve tension.

• Back workshop 3: this sequence combines gentle or more intense maneuvers and a few mobilizations.

• Feet and Legs Workshop 1: slow and deep for a sure-fire start.

• Feet and Legs Workshop 2: effleurage, kneading and relaxation of thighs and calves, with the person being massaged lying on their back.

• Hands and Arms workshop: easy to offer, rich in sensations and very relaxing. Come in a tank top.

• Face and head workshop: oil-free, light and gentle, to be offered alone or at the end of a massage, relaxation guaranteed!

• Belly workshop: take care of this area so important to our metabolism (upper body without going over the chest).

• Dressed and seated workshop: simple, effective massage techniques to relieve tension, performed with the person dressed and seated. Special feature of this workshop: pairs rotate, with a maximum of 16 people.

• Dressed on the floor workshop: a progressive relaxation offered to the person lying down, dressed, thanks to a sequence combining mobilizations, stretching, rocking and acupressure.

After a workshop, you'll have in your hands all you need to give your loved ones a well-being massage in the area studied, lasting at least 20 minutes.
