Activity description :

Come and discover lacto-fermented cooking at Sarah's workshop on the magnificent Crozon peninsula! In this workshop, you'll discover all the properties of fermented foods and their benefits for our bodies. In just a few moments, you'll be able to transform your meals into dishes worthy of the finest restaurants, to the delight of your taste buds, your health and your friends!

Several formulas are available (2h30):

  • Preparation of lacto-fermented vegetables : you'll learn how to make several types of lacto-fermented vegetables.
  • Preparation of lacto-fermented drinks: you'll learn how to make delicious drinks from the 4 corners of the world: gingerbeer, fruit kefir, kombucha, tepache...

At the end of the workshop, you'll have all the keys you need to easily reproduce these colorful, flavorful recipes at home. You' ll leave the workshop with your jars and all the tips you need to make them again at home.
