Whether you want to experience it for yourself or give it as a gift, an introductory helicopter flight over Saint-Etienne is a unique experience. You'll learn all about the controls and instruments used to fly these remarkable machines, while taking in the breathtaking views.

Saint-Etienne, the ideal location for an introduction to helicopter flight

You'll discover the Furan valley and the Pilat regional nature park. In the distance, you'll see the Ondaine valley, the Gier valley and the Forez plain.

Course of the introductory flight :

After a theoretical briefing to familiarize you with the basics and safety instructions, you'll climb aboard with 2 friends or family members to continue your adventure for 20 to 60 minutes. Take-off and landing will be handled by the instructor pilot, then the student pilot will take over the 3 controls one by one. To conclude, you will debrief your experience with your pilot and receive a personalized diploma.

The helicopter: you'll fly aboard a Robinson R44 helicopter, with a total capacity of 4 people including the pilot. Its speed can easily reach 180 km/h, and its light weight makes it very maneuverable.

You'll be supervised by an enthusiastic instructor, who will accompany you in dual control throughout the flight.
