It was an enriching experience, as we reviewed and learned some basic theory. The idea of a tasting with a notebook to fill in to evaluate the different wines and understand their characteristics was very pertinent. Especially as the notebook can be used again later. The workshop leader was very friendly, professional and a good listener. It makes you want to try other workshops. Very interesting for novices who don't really understand wine but simply know how to say "I like it / I don't like it", you can understand why, it feeds reflection and curiosity. Very good feedback from our guests on the winemaker and the format of this initiation. The only problem was communication (we tried to change the date but got no response, so we sent someone else) and finding the venue.
